Hello
Make sure you have intenert connection to your unit.
Go to the device manager and right click on the SMCF010 device needing drivers.
Click on the driver tab. Click on update driver.
Select the automatic update method and Windows Update should find the infrared driver, download, and install it.
You also have a graphics driver issue..
Do this to install the graphics..
Download and run the following driver. You will most likely get an unsupported operating system error.
http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/psi/swdDetails/?sp4ts.oid=447347&spf..
Close out of any error windows.
Go to the device manager. Click to expand the Display Adapters category. Click on the Standard VGA Adapter.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That file will be located in C:SWSetupsp34749.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install that way.
After you reboot, you should have decent graphics but no Aero as the Intel graphics adapter in that model is not fully windows 7 capable.

Description:
The computer reboots automatically with out completing POST. After each restart, the power LED is white and the computer emits two long and two short beeps and then restarts. This continues indefinitely.
The issue occurs after a change to the secure boot configuration. After such a change, the computer prompts the user to enter an authorization code to confirm the configuration change. But, if the computer has an add-in graphics card, the screen remains blank (because the add-in card is not in the secure boot database)the user cannot see the prompt and, therefore, cannot enter the authorization code so the computer reboots and prompts for the authorization code again.

Hi, @shin18 :
Unfortunately, there is no W7 32 bit driver for that device.
If you switch to W7 64 bit, there is..you install this hotfix. It is only good for W7 64 bit.
Now..if you have to run W7 32 bit, check your PC's BIOS and see if there is a setting to turn off the Trusted Platform Module (TPM).
Unless you are running W7 Ultimate or Enterprise, that device has no value.
It is only used for supporting Bitlocker on the W8.1 and W10 operating systems.
Only the W7 Ultimate and Enterprise versions support Bitlocker.
If you can't turn it off in the BIOS, and you can't install W7 64 bit, then you can just ignore the uninstalled device, now that you know what it is for.

Acpi Drivers For Windows 10
Not important at all.
Like I said, all that device does is allow the bitlocker funtion to work in W7 Enterprise and Ultimate, W8.1 and W10.

Yes, so W7 pro does not support Bitlocker.
You may as well disable the TPM in the BIOS if you have such a setting so you can save a little system resources and have a error free device manager.
